Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American journalist for the broadcast industry. The most famously known is that she's anchor of CNN's morning show At This Hour. She co-anchored CNN's weekday morning programs New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan has contributed to CNN's coverage of both the 2012 and 2016 presidential elections. Bolduan also worked at Washington DC as a correspondent for the US House, and US Senate. Bolduan was an active Capitol Hill Unit member when she was a reporter for the congressional calendar and events such as the discussions to raise the federal credit limit or deliberations by the super committee. She also worked as a general-assignment correspondent covering topics like the Christmas Day terrorist attack of 2009, the Supreme Court's decision regarding Obamacare in addition to the 2009 implementation of the stimulus plan. The company hired her CNN Newsource as National Correspondent in 2007. As a national correspondent she was responsible for breaking news coverage and feature reports to more than 800 CNN Newsource affiliates.
